While dinner was cooking in the real world, I had just enough time to slip back to Silent Melody to explore more of the beach area. As I strolled along the beach I could not resist grabbing a boat to tour the island first before finding a nice area to chill at the 'Flower Power' snack bar. Listening to the waves crash on the shore while munching on a donut is a perfect way to pass the time as I watched the sun sink lower in the sky. Healthier options are available too. There is an absolutely stunning dance area at the corner by the lighthouse. I joined the group (which is free to join) and hope they have some singers here in future to enjoy in this beautiful setting. I ended my trip in my favorite spot, the Rooftop Vegetable Garden.

Being the weekend, it was time for a treat! With a rare heatwave currently here in the UK, it is far too hot to sleep! So I felt in the mood for an adventure in Second Life. I turned to the trusty Destination Guide to inspire my journey and that lead me to 'Silent Melody'. I would suggest coming here when you can set aside a decent amount of time to fully enjoy it, either alone with with others. It is one of the most detailed and well thought out regions I think I have ever seen. There are so many hidden joys to discover, literally all over the Island plus a couple of secluded House Boats that feature some cozy, inviting decor that can be hired by the day if you have a special someone you wish to treat. My personal favorite spots were the roof top gardens, the woodland walk and of course this fabulous Windmill! I do rather love to visit Windmills in RL too so this was a real treat to find tonight.
What I Am Wearing:
'Gramma's Shoppe' have done it again and made this fabulous 'Smol But Mytee' Outfit as part of the 'CMH Summer Dinkie Hunt and Sale' which you can grab for just 1L at the Inworld Store until the end of June. This outfit screams fun! The clarity of the image on the tee is super sharp and a good conversation starter when you are wandering the SL world. The tee and pants can be worn separately but really do work perfectly as an outfit. Do not miss it!
